By purchasing any product or service from MoneyYaatra, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products and Online Courses

1.1 Seven-Day Refund Period

We offer a 7-day refund period for most of our digital products and online courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase by contacting our customer support team. The 7-day period begins on the day of purchase, not when you start accessing the content.

1.2 Refund Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund on digital products and online courses, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• You must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the product
• You must have accessed less than 25% of the course content
• You must not have downloaded all study materials or resources

1.3 Non-Refundable Digital Products

The following digital products are non-refundable:

• Individual practice tests or mock exams purchased separately
• PDF downloads and e-books
• Any product explicitly marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
• Products purchased during special promotional offers that are marked as "final sale"

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans, you can cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period, but you will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of your current billing cycle.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

• If you cancel within 14 days of starting a new annual subscription, you may receive a full refund.
• If you cancel after 14 days but within the first 30 days, you may receive a prorated refund minus any applicable fees.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 30 days from the start of an annual subscription.

3. Classroom and Live Online Courses

If you need to cancel your enrollment in a classroom or live online course:

Once a classroom or live online course has begun, the following refund policy applies:

• If you attend only the first session, you may be eligible for a 25% refund upon request within 24 hours after the first session.
• No refunds will be provided after attending more than one session or after 24 hours following the first session, whichever comes first.

3.3 Course Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a course, you may request to reschedule to a different batch or date. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the original course start date. A rescheduling fee of ₹1,000 may apply. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is limited to one reschedule per purchase.

4. Study Materials and Physical Products

4.1 Physical Study Materials

For physical study materials and products:

• Returns of unopened, unused materials in original packaging will be accepted within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs.
• Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded if reported within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
• Opened or used materials are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective.

4.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

5. Exclusions and Limitations

5.1 Account Misuse

No refund will be provided in cases of account misuse, including but not limited to:

• Sharing account access with unauthorized users
• Attempting to download, copy, or distribute course content in violation of our Terms and Conditions
• Any other violation of our Terms and Conditions that results in account termination

5.2 Technical Issues

Refunds will not be provided for technical issues that are:

• Related to your own hardware, software, or internet connectivity
• Resolved within 24 hours by our technical support team
• Due to failure to meet the minimum system requirements clearly specified on our website

If persistent technical issues on our end prevent access to purchased content for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.

6. Refund Process

6.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include your order number, the date of purchase, the product(s) for which you are requesting a refund, and the reason for your refund request
3. For physical products, include photographs if the reason for return is damage or defect

Once your refund request is approved:

• Refunds to credit/debit cards typically process within 5-7 business days
• Refunds to digital wallets (PayTM, Google Pay, etc.) typically process within 3-5 business days
• Bank transfers may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and banking institution.

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Course Cancellation by MoneyYaatra

If MoneyYaatra cancels a course or program for any reason, enrolled students will be offered the following options:

• A full refund of the course fees
• Transfer to another equivalent course or program
• Credit toward future courses or purchases

7.2 Medical or Family Emergencies

In case of documented medical emergencies or serious family situations that prevent you from participating in or completing a course, we may consider exceptions to our standard refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
